⚠️ Prenatal Testing Not Possible
Fetal DNA cannot be reliably isolated from the maternal bloodstream before 7 weeks of gestation. Please wait until you reach the 7-week mark to schedule your test.
If a mother is carrying twins, two distinct fetal DNA profiles mix into her bloodstream. Standard NIPP technology cannot separate these profiles, meaning testing must wait until after birth.
Recent blood transfusions or bone marrow transplants introduce third-party 'foreign' DNA into your circulatory system, severely compromising the lab's ability to isolate the baby's DNA.

⚠️ Maternal blood draws must be shipped to the lab immediately. We cannot schedule draws on Sundays because FedEx and UPS couriers are not operational, which risks sample degradation.

How would you like to provide the maternal blood draw and father's swab?
Unlike amniocentesis or CVS, our NIPP test poses absolutely zero risk of miscarriage. We only require a standard blood draw from the mother's arm and a simple cheek swab from the alleged father.
How Early Can I Test?
Our advanced laboratory technology isolates cell-free fetal DNA directly from the maternal bloodstream. Because of this, you can accurately determine paternity as early as 7 weeks into your pregnancy.
Free Fetal Gender Reveal
Because we analyze the fetal DNA in your bloodstream, we can instantly detect the presence or absence of the male Y-chromosome. Every NIPP test comes with a free, highly accurate gender reveal included in your final report.
USCIS & AABB Accreditation
If you select our Legal Court-Admissible option, your results are processed by an AABB-accredited facility under a strict chain of custody. This makes them fully valid for child support, custody, and immigration. Learn more at the Official AABB Website.

Prenatal Testing FAQs
Can I do this if I am having twins?
No. Because our laboratory extracts cell-free fetal DNA from the mother's blood, if she is carrying twins, the lab cannot separate the two distinct DNA profiles to compare them against the alleged father. You must wait until after birth for standard postnatal testing.
What if the alleged father lives in another state?
No problem. We can schedule a split-collection. The mother can have her blood drawn here in Miami, and we will coordinate a cheek swab appointment for the father at an authorized clinic near his zip code.
Why can't I get my blood drawn on a Sunday?
Cell-free fetal DNA degrades rapidly once extracted. To ensure your sample remains highly viable, it must be shipped overnight to the laboratory. Sundays present a massive risk because couriers are closed, meaning your blood would sit in a warm room degrading until Monday.
Can you come to my house?
Yes! We offer a Private Mobile Phlebotomy service. A certified clinical phlebotomist will travel to your home or office to conduct the blood draw and swab. This service incurs an additional concierge fee.
