Post Mortem Consulatation

Post-Mortem & Estate DNA Testing

Legal Chain-of-Custody for Probate, Inheritance, & Social Security Claims

🚨 Extreme Urgency

  • Before Embalming: Samples must ideally be collected before embalming fluids degrade the DNA structure.
  • Cremation Warning: If cremation occurs, direct collection is impossible; alternative living-relative reconstruction must be used.

⚖️ Legal Admissibility

  • Probate Ready: Processed through an AABB-Accredited laboratory following strict chain-of-custody.
  • Notarized Reports: Fully accepted by Florida estate lawyers, family courts, and the Social Security Administration.

🤝 Direct Liaison

  • We Handle Logistics: Our clinic directly coordinates safe collection protocols with local Medical Examiners, coroners, or funeral home directors.
  • Hospital Tissue Blocks: Can request archived pathological biopsies if the individual is already interred.

Critical Policies & Timelines

🏢 Office Visit & Verification

  • In-Office Consultation: During your clinic visit, our team will thoroughly consult with you to understand your case needs and meticulously verify your USCIS or U.S. Embassy RFE details to ensure 100% compliance.
  • Processing Time: Once samples from both the domestic sponsor and the overseas applicant reach the laboratory, analysis takes approximately 3 to 5 Business Days.
  • Secure Delivery: To maintain the strict chain of custody, official results are submitted securely and directly to the requesting government agency.

🚫 Strict Refund Policy

Due to the immediate administrative coordination required for immigration and embassy testing, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

  • No Refunds Post-Collection: Once any DNA samples have been physically collected, or once an international kit has been dispatched to a U.S. Embassy, absolutely no refunds will be issued.
  • No-Shows & Cancellations: We do not grant refunds for missed appointments, no-shows, or failure to properly schedule your collection in advance.
