💡 Forensic Pro Tips

  • NO PLASTIC BAGS: You MUST place your item in a dry, brown paper bag or paper envelope. Plastic traps moisture and breeds mold, which destroys the DNA profile.
  • THE REFERENCE SWAB: We cannot process the item without a known reference sample. You must provide your own cheek swab so the lab has a baseline to compare against.
  • CASH/ZELLE ONLY: To protect your complete anonymity, this specific forensic service cannot be processed via credit card.

  • Processing Time: Forensic analysis takes approximately 5 Business Days to complete once the laboratory receives your item.
  • Digital Delivery: To ensure total privacy, your official results will be securely emailed directly to the requestor. No physical mail will be sent to your home.
  • Packaging Rule: All physical items and reference swabs MUST be placed in a dry BROWN PAPER BAG.

🚫 Strict Refund Policy

Due to the sensitive, irrecoverable nature of laboratory processing, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

  • No Lab Refunds: If the laboratory is unable to extract DNA from your item due to sample degradation, processing fees are non-refundable.
  • No-Shows & Cancellations: Absolutely no refunds will be issued for missed appointments, no-shows, or failure to reschedule your collection in advance.
