All sales are final. No refunds are given if you change your mind, cancel, miss an appointment, or if participants refuse to test. No refunds will be issued if the DNA results do not match the expected outcome (e.g., alleged father is excluded).

Inconclusive Results & Reswabs
We do not issue refunds for inconclusive samples. We will only offer a free reswab appointment if the laboratory explicitly requests a new sample to complete the analysis.

We reserve the strict right to deny service, cancel appointments, or void results without a refund if we suspect fraudulent activity (e.g., identity falsification, stolen credit cards, or attempts to manipulate staff).

Your digital signature serves as proof of compliance with this No-Refund policy. Any chargeback filed after services have been initiated will be aggressively disputed using your signature, logs, and chain-of-custody forms.
